Incubators and business development centres

• In a business incubator
  Depending on the sector of activity, incubators can provided rented office space to young business (<2 years) on a temporary basis (max. 36 months occupation). Application files are presented to a selection committee comprised of professionals and regional partners.
• Branch Domicile
  Enables businesses to rent an office/meeting room on an as-needed, à la carte basis, hence keeping rental costs to a minimum. It also offers businesses an established head office address where they can receive mail.

• A meeting room (for 10 delegates) equipped with video projector

• Support: you have a project, you need business accommodation, you would like to hire premises, you would like to organise training or an event? Our project coordinators are trained to offer you help and support within Emergence.
• Branch domicile – head office.
• Fully equipped offices.
• Reception and parcel receipt.
• Printer, scanner, postal stamping machine, training, events, etc.
• Electricity, heating, car park and cleaning of shared or private areas.
